This Manitowoc 11000-1 of Asiagroup from Singapore (SG) stood on their yard. It is a 100-tonne crawler crane with year of manufacture 2015.
The crane is powered by a Hino J08E-UV, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 213 kW (285 hp).
Attached to the superstructure is a five-part counterweight. The counterweight has a total mass of 31.3 tonnes with a 4.7 meter tailswing.
The undercarriage is 6.28 meters long and maximum 5.244 meters wide. For the transport over the road is the width to be reduced to 3.6 meters. The tracks are 0.914 meters wide.
Attached to the undercarriage are two central counterweight slabs, each with a mass of 7.2 tonnes. In total 14.4 tonnes.
The main boom has a 12.2 meter base length and can be extended in 3.1 meter steps to a maximum length of 61 meters. The crane is fitted with two 11.4-tonne hoist winches using 26 mm hoist wire rope.
Here was the crane fitted with a 21.3 meter main boom. In this configuration is the crane able to hoist maximum 68.4 tonnes on a 4.5 meter radius or 16 tonnes to a 16 meter radius, when the correct hook and reeving are applied. A sharp crane of Asiagroup!
