This sharp Liebherr LR 1130 of Zwagerman VMT from Nederhorst den Berg (NL) was used on a construction site in Apeldoorn (NL) to built a new office building with new concrete precast elements. It is a 130-tonne crawler crane with year of manufacture 2007.
The undercarriage is 7.97 meters long and 6.35 meters wide. For the transport over the road are the tracks to be dismantled, their mass each is 16 tonnes. Between the tracks is in total 20 tonnes of central counterweight, per side 10 tonnes.
Attached to the superstructure is a counterweight with a total mass of 50.9 tonnes, existing out of a 14.5 tonne base plate, a 16 tonne wide plate and four blocks each with a mass of 5.1 tonnes. The counterweight has a 5.7 meter tailswing. The counterweight could be assembled on the ground and then moved up by use of the two hydraulic cylinders to get attached to the superstructure.
The crane is powered by a Liebherr D 926 TI-E, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 240 kW. The crane is fitted with two 12-tonne hoist winches.
Various concrete precast elements were installed that day.
Here was the crane fitted with a 23 meter long main boom with a 34.4 meter long luffing jib.
A very sharp crane of Zwagerman VMT.
