Liebherr LTM 1160/2 - Wundel
This sharp Liebherr LTM 1160/2 of Wundel stood parked on their yard in Mertingen (DE). It is a 160-tonne crane with year of manufacture 1997.
The undercarriage is powered by a Liebherr D 9408 TI-E, an 8-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 400 kW (544 hp). This crane has the optional 10x8x10-drive lines, where the axles 1, 2, 4 and 5 are powered. All axles are steerable.
The 6-part main boom has a 13.2 meter base length and extends five times to a maximum length of 60 meters.
In transit is the crane 15.27 meters long, 3 meters wide and 4 meters tall. The crane has a transport mass of 60 tonnes.
A maximum of 50 tonnes on counterweights can be attached to the superstructure, that has a 4.51 meter tailswing. The box with outrigger woods must be removed prior to the crane operation.
