The Liebherr LR 11000 of Wiesbauer from Bietigheim (DE) was end of 2018 in Zeuzleben (DE) used to lift a new bridge onto a foundation.
It is a 1,000 tonne crane with year of manufacture 2017.
The LR 11000 is here erected in SL-configuration.
The tracks are 12.39 meters long, 2 meters wide and 2.47 meters tall. The transport mass is 60 tonnes each.
The counterweight on the superstructure is 250 tonnes, that has a 9.6 meter tailswing.
The 7-sheave 325-tonne hook is here reefed on 15 part lines. Ready for some heavy lifting!
The bridge deck is lifted on four points.
The brdige deck was built on the construction site because fabrication elsewhere and transport to site was impossible. The deck is 24 meters long, 7 meters wide and 1 meter tall.
The crane is lifting the 266 tonne bridge deck here. Before the bridge is installed onto the foundation is the bottom of the bridge cleaned.
On the undercarriage is 50 tonnes of counterweight installed.
The crane is fitted with a 30 meter long main boom.
In this configuration is the main boom minimum 18 meters long and maximum 114 meters long.
Then the bridge with a mass of 266 tonnes can be installed onto the foundation, the crane is slewing slowly to the left here.
The bridge will be installed on a 15.7 meter radius.
The foundation of the old classic bridge was reinforced and could be re-used.
Easy and fast is the new bridge installed.
The new bridge is installed, the rigging can be removed now. A very impressive crane job by Wiesbauer!
