A sharp Liebherr HS 8070 HD of Wiedemann from Jettingen Scheppach (DE) stood on a gravel pit in Mindelheim (DE).
It is a 70-tonne heavy duty crawler crane with year of manufacture 2016 that is at Wiedemann mainly used with a dragline bucket or a grab. Wiedemann owns three of these heavy duty crawler cranes.
The crane is fitted with 20 tonnes of counterweight with a 4.58 meter tailswing.
The crane is powered by a Liebherr D 936 A7-04 diesel engine with a power of 320 kW (429 pk). The engine has the ECO-Silent-Mode, a function that can be used when light word is done to reduce the fuel consupmtion and noise reduction.
The crane is fitted with two 20-tonne hoist winches.
The undercarriage of the crane is 5.92 meters long and 4.5 meters wide. For the transport over the road can the tracks be retracked to a 3 meter breadth. For the transport is a 5-axle semi low loader with 3-axle truck sufficient.
