Liebherr LTM 1060/2 - Tieman
This sharp Liebherr LTM 1060/2 was a long time the larges mobile crane with Tieman from Schagen (NL), todat is that an 100-tonne Grove, this Liebherr is not in use anymore. The crane was purchased used and was new delivered to Boekestijn from Maasland (NL).
The beautiful crane with yellow and red colours (the city colours of Schagen) was used on a sunday to hoist some concrete precast elements for the cyclist tunnel near Castricum (NL).
The outrigger base of the crane measures 8 x 6.3 meters, or half 8 x 4.5 meters. The undercarriage is powered by a Liebherr D 926 TI-E, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 270 kW (367 hp). This crane has the optional 8x6x8-drive line, where the axles 1, 3 and 4 are driven and all axles are steerable.
The counterweight has a total mass of 12 tonnes with a 3.46 meter tailswing. During transport over the road is 5.7 tonnes of counterweight stored on the undercarriage.
The 5-part main boom has a 10.9 meter baselength and extends four times to a maximum length of 42 meters. The boom can be extended by a 9.5 or 17 meter long bi-fold swingaway jib. For this job was the main boom extended to a 28.8 meter length.
