This fine Liebherr LTR 1100 belongs to Shingda from Singapore (SG). It is a 100-tonne telescopic crane mounted on a crawler undercarriage, built in 2018.

The undercarriage is 6.413 metres long and 5.05 metres wide. For road transport, the width can be reduced to 3.5 metres.

A total of 15 tonnes of central ballast is mounted on the undercarriage, consisting of one 7.5-tonne block on each side.

The crane is powered by a Liebherr 4-cylinder diesel engine with an output of 129 kW (175 hp). The diesel engine drives a total of three hydraulic pumps.

A total of 32 tonnes of ballast is mounted on the superstructure. The ballast consists of two wide 10-tonne slabs and four blocks of 3 tonnes each. The ballast has a slewing radius of 4.42 metres. This crane is equipped with the optional second hoist winch. Both hoist winches have a line pull of 9 tonnes and use 21 mm hoist rope.

The six-section main boom has a base length of 11.5 metres and telescopes five times to a maximum length of 52 metres. An additional sheave is mounted on the main boom so that the crane can use both hoist winches. Here, the main boom is extended to a length of 22.7 metres.

Shingda primarily uses the crane on its own construction sites for underground pipelines. A very fine crane from Shingda!
