Liebherr LTF 1045-4.1 - Schwörer Haus

Schwörer Haus from Hohenstein-Oberstetten (DE) is a manufacturer of prefab houses and is using their owns cranes, like this sharp Liebherr LTF 1045-4.1 with year of manufacture 2010.

It is a 45-tonne crane that is installed on a 4-axle MAN TGS 41.400 chassis. The truck is powered by a MAN D2066, a 10.5-liter 6-cylinder line engine with a power of 294 kW (400 hp). This kind of crane mounted on a truck chassis is very good useable for transport over long distances.

The 4-part main boom has a 10.5 meter base length and a maximum length of 35 meters. Optionally, the main boom can be extended by a 9.5 meter long folding jib. This crane isn't fitted with that jib.

The X-shapped outrigger base measures 6.42 x 6.2 meters, or half 5.29 x 4.65 meters. Behind the cab is a large box installed for the spreader woods and lifting gear.

During the transport over the road is 4 tonnes of counterweight stored on the undercarriage.

During the transport over the road is the crane 11.4 meters long, 2.55 meters wide and 3.85 meters high. The total mass is around 33 tonnes. Behind the front axle is the muffler installed and behind the second axle the diesel tank.

The crane is fitted with a 3.4 tonnes hoist winch. During transport remains one ton of counterweight attached to the superstructure. The tailswing of the counterweight is only 3 meters. The LTF 1045-4.1 has a maximum counterweight of 9 tonnes.

On the driver's side is behind the front axle the AdBlue tank installed and behind the second axle the battery. Below the battery are multiple compressed-air tanks installed.
