The Liebherr LTM 1300-6.2 of Schot from Alkmaar (NL) was used by a manufacturer of tanks from 't Zand (NL) for logistic works on the yard. This tank was ready and put on transport rollers. A nice job for the LTM 1300-6.2!
The LTM 1300-6.2 is since October 2015 in operation with Schot, it is a 300 tonne crane on a 6 axle undercarriage.
Before Schot owned a Liebherr LTM 1300/1.
The crane is powered by a Liebherr 8 cylinder diesel engine with 619 hp. With that engine the undercarriage and the superstructure are driven. This crane has the optionally four driven axles, normally 3 axles are driven. All axles are steerable.
The crane is erected here with the full counterweight of 96 tonnes, the counterweight has a 5.6 meter tailswing.
The main boom has a 14.7 meter base length and a maximum length of 78 meters. The main boom is extended here 43.9 meters.
By the former 300 tonners made by Liebherr the upper cabin was swinged behind the superstructure during transport over the road. By this crane type the cabin is fitted next to the main boom. The cabin is 20 degrees tiltable.
The outrigger base measures 8.9 x 8.5 meters, or half 8.9 x 5.6 meters. This crane also has the VarioBase system.
The next tank is prepared to get moved, these tanks have a mass of around 37 tonnes.
The 37 tonnes could in this configuration be lifted up to a 20 meter radius.
The box with tools at the rear of the crane was previously attached to the LTM 1250-6.1.
Packed has the crane a 17.45 meter length, a 3 meter breadth and a 4 meter height. The transport mass is around 72 tonnes.
A very sharp crane!
The first 56 tonnes of counterweight and the outrigger pads are transported by this sharp Mercedes-Benz Actros 3355 with 6 axle Nooteboom OVB-102-06.
This trailer was used with the Liebherr LTM 1300/1 also and it's year of manufactur is 1999.
