Liebherr LTM 1050/1 - Schmidbauer
Schmidbauer from Memmingen (DE) owned this tough Liebherr LTM 1050/1 with year of manufacture 1997.
It is a 50-tonne crane on a 3-axle undercarriage. The undercarriage is powered by a Liebherr D 926 TI-E, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a powere of 230 kW (312 hp). This crane has the standard 6x4x6-drive line, optionally the second axle could be driven also. All axles are steerable.
The 5-part main boom has a 10.5 meter base length and a maximum length of 40 meters. A bi-fold swingaway jib of 9.6 or 16 meters takes care of a maximum hook height of around 56 meters.
The outrigger base of the crane measures 7.14 x 6.3 meters, or half 7.14 x 4.13 meters.
Packed has the crane a 11.71 meter length, a 2.5 meter width and a 3.62 meter height. The transport mass is around 36 tonnes.
Attached to the superstructure remains 3.6 tonnes of counterweight during transport over the road. The counterweight has a 3.51 meter tailswing. The crane is with a 4.5-tonne hoist winch equipped. A second winch was available optionally.
On the undercarriage is 4.2 tonnes of counterweight stored during the transport over the road. This crane brings in total 7.8 tonnes of counterweight with it, the maximum counterweight is 9.7 tonnes.
