Liebherr LTM 1750-9.1 - Peck Tiong Choon

The sharp Liebherr LTM 1750-9.1 of Peck Tiong Choon from Singapore (SG) stood shortly parked along the road. It is a 750-tonne crane mounted on a 9-axle carrier with year of manufacture 2015.

The 9-axle carrier is powered by a Liebherr 8-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 505 kW (686 hp). The axles 2, 3, 5 and 6 are powered and all axles are steerable.

The 4-part main boom has a 16.3 meter base length and extends three times to a maximum length of 52 meters. During the transport over the road remains the main boom approx. 1.4 meters extended to create enough clearance to hang the 3-sheave hook in front of the cabin.

The outrigger base measures 12 x 12 meters.

There is no engine in the superstructure. During erectiong of the crane is the engine in the carrier used and for crane operation is the powerpack in the counterweight frame used. During transport over the road is the cabin slewed behind the superstructure and lowered between the outriggers.

In transit is the crane 23.4 meters long, 3 meters wide and 4 meters tall. The transport mass in this configuration is approx. 142 tonnes.
