Liebherr LTM 1150-6.1 - Van Marwijk
A Liebherr LTM 1150-6.1 of Van Marwijk from Zoeterwoude (DE) on a construction site in Wieringermeer (NL). The crane will assist a larger crane here.
It is a 150 tonne crane on a 6 axle undercarriage. Because of the 6th axle the crane can drive with 15 tonnes of counterweight without exceeding the 12 tonne per axle regulation. The year of manufacture of the crane is 2009.
Packed is the crane 16.1 meters long, 2.85 meters wide and 4 meters height. The transport weight with 15 tonnes of counterweight is 72 tonnes.
The outrigger base is 9.3 x 8.3 meters, or half 9.3 x 5.4 meters. The outrigger pads are transported in a frame at the rear of the undercarriage.
The undercarriage is powered by a Liebherr D9508 A7, 8 cylinder diesel engine, with 544 hp. 4 of the 6 axles are driven, all axles are steerable.
Van Marwijk has owned two of these cranes.
The crane was fitted with 30.8 tonnes of counterweight, that can be increased to 46.8 tonnes. The tailswing is 4.3 meters.
The 6-part boom has a 13.7 meter base length and has a maximum length of 66 meters. The boom can be extended with a 19 meter folding jib. Between the boom and the folding jib is it possible the put a 14 meter long lattice section. The maximum hook height is then around 95 meters.
