This is the second Liebherr LTM 1100-4.2 that Kim Soon Lee from Singapore (SG) is using. The crane was used in a narrow area to lift some construction materials.
The crane's year of manufacture is 2019. In transit is the crane 13.51 meters long, 2.75 meters wide and 3.95 meters tall. All axles are steerable, the crane is very manouevrable. The crane itself takes 11.2 tonnes of counterweight with it during transport over the road.
The remaining counterweight (14.5 tonnes) are transported on a 2-axle trailer, there towed by a Mercedes-Benz Actros 2033. A very sharp combination of Kim Soon Lee!
Some moments later is the crane set-up at the end of the street to hoist construction materials for the new bungalow.
Here is the crane fitted with the full counterweight of 25.7 tonnes. The counterweight has a 4.11 meter tailswing. This crane is fitted with the optional secondary winch. The tailswing of the second winch is 4.58 meters.
The outrigger base measures 8.6 x 7 meters.
The main boom is here extended to a length of 41.2 meters.
The main boom has a maximum length of 60 meters. Optionally is the main boom extendable with a bi-fold swingaway jib with a length of 10.8 or 19 meters. The jib is mountable in a 0, 20 or 40 degree angle.
Later that day has the crane a second job to load a CAT 320D excavator with a mass of approx. 21 tonnes. This job happened at one of Kim Soon Lee yards.
Again was the crane fitted with the full counterweight, the main boom is here extended to a 26.3 meter length.
The excavator will be loaded on a flatrack and will be exported.
The excavator is lifted at a radius of approx. 7 meters.
Kim Soon Lee is deploying two of this type of crane in their fleet.
A very sharp crane in the colours of Kim Soon Lee!
Later that evening would the excavator under escort driven to the port. A nice job done by Kim Soon Lee!
A next time I could see this sharp Liebherr LTM 1100-4.2 of Kim Soon Lee from Singapore (SG) again, the crane was used for the assembly of a stair case.
The full outrigger base is in use here, the outrigger base measures 8.6 x 7 meters.
The crane was fitted with 11.2 tonnes of counterweight, that is the amount of counterweight that the crane brings itself.
The 7-part main boom has an 11.5 meter base length and extends six times to a full length of 60 meters. The main boom is here extended to a maximum length of 45 meters.
The crane was parked on top of the roof of the building under construction.
One week later was the crane still working on top of the roof. The structure has a height of approx. 50 meters. The crane is now working with the full counterweight of 25.7 tonnes.
The main boom is extended here to a length of 51.9 meters. The crane is working in single-fall and picks the loads up from ground level, both winches are fitted with 250 meters of hoist rope.
A special job by Kim Soon Lee!
