This attractive Liebherr LTR 1100 of Hiap Tong from Singapore (SG) was deployed there in the city centre for lifting operations. It is a 100-tonne crawler crane with a telescopic boom.

The undercarriage is 6.413 metres long and 5.05 metres wide. For road transport the width of the undercarriage can be reduced to 3.5 metres. The crane is powered by a Liebherr 4-cylinder diesel engine with an output of 129 kW (175 hp).

This crane is equipped with two 8.5-tonne hoist winches.

The maximum ballast of 32 tonnes is mounted on the upper structure. The ballast consists of two wide plates of 10 tonnes with four blocks that each weigh 3 tonnes. The turning radius of the ballast is 4.42 metres and that of the second hoist winch 4.795 metres. A total of 15 tonnes of central ballast is mounted on the undercarriage, one block of 7.5 tonnes on each side.

The six-section main boom has a base length of 11.5 metres and extends five times to a maximum length of 52 metres. Here the main boom is extended to a length of 26.4 metres.

For additional height or reach, the main boom can optionally be extended with this 10.819 metre folding jib. With this jib, a lifting height of approximately 70 metres can be achieved. The jib can be mounted to the main boom at an angle of 0, 20 or 40 degrees.
