This sharp Liebherr LTM 1100-4.1 of Hiap Tong from Singapore (SG) with year of manufacture 2008 stood parked along the road for a short break. It is a 100-tonne crane mounted on a 4-axle carrier.
In transit is the crane approx. 14 meters long, 2,75 meters wide and 4 meters tall. The crane has a transport mass of approx. 60 tonnes in this configuration.
The carrier is powered by a Liebherr D846 A7, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 350 kW (476 hp). This crane has a 8x6x8-drive line, where the axles 2, 3 and 4 are powered and all axles are steerable. The outrigger base measures 8.55 x 7 meters.
The 6-part main boom has an 11.5 meter base length and extends five times to a length of maximum 52 meters. The main boom can be extended by a 10.8 / 19 meter long bi-fold swingaway jib. The jib is hydraulically adjustable in an angle between 0 to 40 degrees.
During the transport over the road are 7.9 tonnes of counterweight stored on the carrier. The full counterweight has a mass of 21.2 tonnes and has a 4.26 meter tailswing.
Attached to the superstructure remains 2.8 tonnes of counterweight. This crane is equipped with the optional secondary hoist winch.
The superstructure is powered by a Liebherr D934S A6, a 4-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 145 kW (197 hp). The diesel engine powers multiple hydraulic pumps that are used to move the crane functions.
