Liebherr LTM 1050-3.1 - Heijkoop
Heijkoop from Nieuwerkerk a/d IJssel (NL) is operating four of these sharp Liebherr LTM 1050-3.1 mobile cranes. It is a 50-tonne crane installed on a 3-axle carrier.
The 3-axle undercarriage is powered by a 6-cylinder Liebherr diesel engine with a power of 270 kW (367 hp). The last two axles are driven, all axles are steerable.
The 4-part main boom has a 11.4 meter base length and extends three times to a maximum length of 38 meters. Optionally is the main boom extendable by a 9.2 or 16 meter bi-fold swingaway jib, that is mountable under 0, 20, 40 or 60 degrees on top of the main boom.
During the transport over the road is 1.9 tonnes of counterweight stored on the undercarriage. The outrigger base measures 7.151 x 6.4 meters, or half 7,151 x 4.5 meters.
Packed is the crane 12.4 meters long, 2.55 meters wide and 3.8 meters high. The transport mass is around 36 tonnes. The four outrigger pads are transported at the back of the chassis including a fork to lift pallets. A concrete bucket is taken on a frame attached to the rear of the crane.
Attached to the super structure are 5.1 tonnes of counterweight, the crane will bring in total 7 tonnes of counterweight with the crane and stays within the valid axle loads. The full counterweight weights 9 tonnes and has a 3.53 meter tailswing. At the back of the superstructure frame is the hoist winch mounted.
The crane doesn't bring it's bi-fold swingaway jib.
