The biggest crane operated by Haslach from Wertach (DE) is this sharp Liebherr LTM 1200-5.1. The crane was used here on a large job site in Bad Grönebach (DE) for the installation of precast concrete elements.
It is a 200 tonne crane on a 5-axle carrier. The undercarriage with the optional 10x8-drive line, recognizable on the driven front axle, is powered by a 6-cylinder Liebherr diesel engine with 503 hp.
The outrigger base measures 8.9 x 8.3 meters, or half 8.9 x 5.5 meters.
In transport mode is the crane 15.8 meters long, 3 meters wide and 4 meters high. The transport mass is 60 tonnes.
At the rear of the crane is small storage box for wooden outrigger beams and some lifting gear mounted.
The crane was fitted here with 72 tonnes of counterweight, that exists out of a 12 tonnes base plate, four plates with each 10 tonnes and two lateral hang on slabs with each 10 tonnes. The tailswing of the counterweight is 4.85 meters.
The main boom has a 13.2 meter base length and extends up to a maximum length of 72 meters. The 22 meter bi-fold swingaway jib can be extended by two 7 meter intermediate sections up to a 36 meter length.
A sharp crane!
