This sharp Liebherr LR 1400/2 was temporary used by Fahrenholz from Bremen (DE). The crane was delivered new to Eurogruas from Spain.
It is a 400-tonne crawler crane with year of manufacture 2008. The undercarriage is 10.4 meters long and 8.7 meters wide.
The tracks are each 10.4 meters long, 1.2 meters wide and 1.6 meters tall. The transport mass is 27.7 tonnes.
Between the track is, per side, 21.5 tonnes of central counterweight mounted. That counterweight exists out of two 8-tonne slabs and a 5.5 tonne slab on top. The full central counterweight on the crane is 43 tonnes.
On the superstructure is the full counterweight of 155 tonnes mounted. That counterweight exists out of two 2.5 tonne supports, in total fourteen 10-tonne slabs and two 5-tonne slabs. The counterweight has a 7.2 meter tailswing.
The crane is powered by a Liebherr D936L A6, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 270 kW (367 hp).
The crane is fitted with a 28 meter derrick boom and a 42 meter main boom. In superlift is the LR 1400/2 able to work with a 119 meter main boom.
In the boom foots are the adjustment winches mounted for the main boom (in the derrick boom) and the luffing jib (in the main boom).
Next to the crane are multiple boom sections stored. The crane can be fitted with a maximum 91 meter luffing jib.
