Liebherr LTM 1040-2.1 - Evertz
The Liebherr LTM 1040-2.1 of Evertz from Goirle (NL) was used by the disassembly of the "Commander" on the fair in Hoorn (NL). It is a 40 tonne crane with a 35 meter main boom.
The outrigger base is 6.3 x 6 meters.
The crane is powered by a 6 cylinder Liebherr diesel engine with 286 hp.
Here is the crane put up with 6.5 tonnes of counterweight, that has a 3.32 meter tailswing. To win extra length for the main boom is the hoist winch moved to the A-frame (hided behind the counterweight) and not directly behind the boom.
Packed is the crane 10.93 meters long, 2.55 meters wide and 3.6 meters height. The crane weights around 24 tonnes and can reach a velocity of 80 km/h on the road.
