Liebherr LTM 1040-2.1 - Cosider
This sharp Liebherr LTM 1040-2.1 of Cosider from Bir Mourad Rais (DZ) stood on the yard of Liebherr in Ehingen (DE) ready for shipment. It is a 40-tonne crane mounted on a 2-axle carrier with year of manufacture 2018.
The crane is powered by a 6-cylinder Mercedes-Benz diesel engine with a power of 210 kW (286 hp). Both axles are driven and steerable.
The main boom has a 10.5 meter baselength and extends three times to a maximum length of 35 meters. Optionally is the 9.5 meter long jib, that is mountable under 0, 20, 40 or 60 degrees to the mainboom.
In transit is the crane 10.93 meters long, 2.55 meters wide and 3.55 meters tall. The transport mass is 24 tonnes.
Cosider is a construction company and the crane is primairy used on own construction sites.
The full counterweight of the crane weights 6.5 tonnes and has a 3.33 meter tailswing. During the transport over the road remains 1.5 tonnes of counterweight attached to the superstructure. The hoist winch is mounted behind the superstructure to make the mainboom as long as possible.
