This is the second Liebherr LTM 1200-5.1 that Bok Seng from Singapore (SG) is deploying. Here was the crane used on Bok Seng's own yard to lift solar panels on top of the roof of a large hall.
The 5-axle carrier is powered by a Liebherr 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 370 kW (503 hp). This crane has the standard 10x6x10-drive, where the axles 2, 4 and 4 are powered and all axles are steerable.
The outrigger base measures 8.9 x 8.3 meters.
Here is the crane fitted with 52 tonnes of counterweight, the counterweight exists out of a 12-tonne base plate and four 10-tonne slabs. The counterweight has a 4.85 meter tailswing. The full counterweight weights 72 tonnes, two hang-on slabs are lacking here.
The crane has a seven-part main boom with a 13.2 meter base length and extends six times to a maximum length of 72 meters. Here is the main boom extended to a length of 67.3 meters.
Optionally is the main boom to be extended by a 12.2 - 22 meter lang bi-fold swingaway jib.
The crane was used to hoist solar panels on top of the roof.
The bi-fold swingaway jib is with an hydraulic cylinder in an angle between 0 and 45 degrees adjustable.
A very sharp job done by Bok Seng!
