This sharp Kobelco BM700 of Tiong Woon from Singapore (SG) was used on a large construction site. It is a 65-tonne crawler crane. On the same construction site was also the Sumitomo LS-238RH-5 of Asiagroup in operation.
The undercarriage of the crane is 5.88 meters long and 4.83 meters wide. The full counterweight weights 20.55 tonnes and has a 4.35 meter tailswing.
The crane is powered by a Mitsubishi 6D22-T diesel engine with a power of 170 kW (230 hp).
Here was the crane with a long main boom and a short luffing jib in operation. Because the jib is assembly below the main boom is this always shorter than the main boom. The main boom is here 30.45 meters long.
The luffing jib is here 21.34 meters long. The maximum jib length is 30.48 meters.
A very sharp crane of Tiong Woon!
