Kobelco 7120 - Sin Heng
This sharp Kobelco 7120 belongs to Sin Heng from Singapore (SG) and was used on a large construction site as assist crane. It is a 120-tonne crawler crane.
The undercarriage is 7.9 meters long and 6.31 meters wide. The tracks must be dismantled for the transport over the road, the tracks are each 7.9 meters long, 0.91 meters wide and 1.23 meters tall. The transport mass each is 14.5 tonnes.
The crane is powered by a Mitsubishi 6D24-TLE2A, an 11.9-liter 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 235 kW. The diesel engine powers in total four hydraulic pumps.
The crane is equipped with two 12-tonne hoist winches.
Attached to the superstructure is a 6-part counterweight with a total mass of 52.3 tonnes. The counterweight has a 4.95 meter tailswing.
Here was the crane fitted with a 33.5 meter long main boom. In this configuration is the crane able to hoist maximum 59.4 tonnes on a 7.7 meter radius, or 11 tonnes to a 30.7 meter radius, when the required reving is used.
