Kobelco CKE1800 - New West Coast Maritime
This sharp Kobelco CKE1800 of New West Coast Maritime from Singapore (SG) is used in their yard for various lifting activities. It is a 180-tonne crawler crane.
The undercarriage of the crane is 8.36 meters long and 6.67 meters wide. For the transport over the road is it required to remove the tracks from the body, their mass each is 17.15 tonnes.
The crane has 60.6 tonnes of counterweight with a 5.95 meter tailswing. The counterweight exists out of a 10-tonne slab and in total ten slabs with each 5 tonnes. At the undercarriage is in total 20 tonnes of counterweight mounted.
The A-frame has a total height of 9.57 meters and needs to be folded down for the transport over the road.
The crane is powered by a Mitsubishi 6D24-TLU2D diesel engine with a power of 235 kW.
Here is the crane fitted with a 36.6 meter long main boom with an 18.3 meter fixed jib.
In this configuration is the crane able to lift maximum 90.6 tonnes on a 7.9 meter radius or 15 tonnes on a 33.3 meter radius.
