This sharp Kobelco CKE800G belongs to Kian Hock Engineering from Singapore (SG). It is an 80-tonne crawler crane that was used here to vibrate sheet piles.
The undercarriage is 6.28 meters long and 5.13 meters wide. For the transport voer the road is the width to be reduced to 3.5 meters. The mass of the base machine if the crane is in transport mode is approx. 40 tonnes.
The crane is powered by a Hino J08E-UV diesel engine with a power of 213 kW. The diesel engine powers in total three hydraulic pumps, which are used to move the crane motions.
Attached to the undercarriage are in total 6.5 tonnes of central counterweight, per side a 3.25 tonne slab.
Attached to the superstructure is 27.2 tonnes of counterweight, which exisits out of five parts. The counterweight has a 4.3 meter tailswing.
The main boom has a 9.1 meter base length and can be extended to a length of maximum 54.9 meters. The crane is equipped with two hoist winches, which are both in use here. A single winch has a line pull of approx. 7.7 tonnes. Over the runner is the crane able to hoist a maximum load of 6.6 tonnes.
Here was the crane fitted with a 30.5 meter long main boom. In this configuration is the crane able to hoist maximum 33 tonnes on a 6.8 meter radius or 5.7 tonnes to a 27.7 meter radius. A very sharp crane of Kian Hock Engineering!
