Kobelco 7080 - Asiagroup
This Kobelco 7080 belongs to Asiagroup from Singapore (SG). It is an 80-tonne crawler crane.
The undercarriage is 6.22 meters long and 4.9 meters wide. For the transport over the road is the width to be reduced to 3.5 meters.
To unload the crawler tracks during the adjustment of width are hydraulic jacks attached to the undercarriage. The crane can also be parked on those jacks once the crawlers are dismantled.
The crane is powered by a Mitsubishi 6D22CT, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 180 kW (245 hp). The diesel engine powers three hydraulic pumps.
In the superstructure are two 10-tonne hoist winches mounted, on the drums is 26 mm hoist wire rope wounded.
Attached to the superstructure is a three-part counterweight with a total mass of 23.5 tonnes. The counterweight has a 4.5 meter tailswing.
The main boom has a 12.19 meter base length and a maximum length of 57.91 meters. Here was the crane fitted with a 24.38 meter long main boom, in this configuration is the crane able to hoist maximum 44 tonnes on a 6 meter radius of 6.9 tonnes to a 23 meter radius.
