This sharp Kobelco 7120S of Antar from Singapore (SG) was used on a storage yard for precast concrete elements to unload and load them from and on trailers. It is a 120-tonne crawler crane.
The crane is powered by a Hino P11C-VH, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 271 kW. The diesel engine powers in total four hydraulic pumps.
The A-frame has during operation a maximum height of 7.89 meters and is folded down for the transport over the road. The crane is fitted with two 12-tonne hoist winches, each equipped with 26 mm hoist wire rope.
The undercarriage of the crane is 7.9 meters long and 6.31 meters wide. The track plates are 0.91 meters wide.
Attached to the superstructure is a 9-part counterweight with a total mass of 53.11 tonnes. The counterweight has a 4.95 meter tailswing.
Here was the crane fitted with a 30.5 meter long main boom, the maximum length of the main boom is 61 meters.
Between the tracks is no central counterweight mounted.
This crane can also work with a luffing jib, in the longest configuration has the crane a 51.7 meter long main boom with a 44.2 meter long luffing jib. A sharp crane of Antar!
