This sharp Kato SL-600II belongs to Hirose from Singapore (SG) and was used there on a construction site. It is a 60-tonne rough-terrain crane mounted on a 2-axle carrier.
In transit is the crane about 12.63 meters long, 3 meters wide and 3.63 meters tall. The transport mass is approx. 40 tonnes.
The outrigger base measures 8.04 x 7.6 meters.
The superstructure has a 3.64 meter tailswing and is fitted with two hoist winches, each fitted with an 18 mm hoist wire rope.
Powered is the crane by a Mitsubishi 6D24-TLE2A, a 6-cylinder diesel engine wtih a power of 243 kW (330 hp).
The 6-part main boom has a 10 meter base length and extends to a maximum length of 43 meters.
Optionally is the main boom to be extended by an 8.3 - 13.2 meter long jib. The jib is mountable to the main boom in an angle of 5, 25, 45 or 60 degrees. A very sharp crane of Hirose!
