This sharp Hitachi Sumitomo SCX1200-2 belongs to Tat Hong from Singapore (SG). The 120-tonns crawler crane was used on a construction site there.
The crane is powered by an Isuzu 6HK1X, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 212 kW (288 hp). The diesel engine powers in total three hydraulic pumps.
The undercarriage is 7.9 meters long and 6.37 meters wide. There is no central counterweight attached to the undercarriage.
Attached to the superstructure is in total 45 tonnes of counterweight, that exisists out of five parts; a 9.4-tonne base plate and four slabs with each 8.9 tonnes. The tailswing of the counterweight is 4.9 meters.
A single track is 7.9 meters long, 0.965 meters wide and 1.445 meters tall. The mass each is 14.1 tonnes.
The main boom has a 15 meter base length and can be extended in 3 meter steps to a maximum lengt of 72 meters. The crane is fitted with two 20-tonne hoist winches.
