Lifting a column by Peinemann and Wagenborg Nedlift

In June 2011 there was a big column lifted in Echt (NL) by Peinemann and Wagenborg Nedlift.

It was not possible to load the column in Germany, so it was transported to Echt by Bohnet from Kirchdorf (DE).

Bohnet was using a MAN TGX 41.680 tracktor and a MAN TGA 41.660 as brake vehicle. In total 20 axle lines were used.

The used cranes are the Demag AC 650 of Peinemann and a Demag AC 500-1 of Wagenborg Nedlift.

The column weights 162 tonnes.

Because the ship was too big it doesn't fit between the bollards, it is not possible to load the ship from one location anymore.

The column is lay down.

And the cranes relocated.

There he goes again. The Demag AC 650 of Peinemann is fitted with 100 tonnes of counterweight, the AC 500-1 of Wagenborg Nedlift with 120 tonnes.

Meanwhile the column is loaded into the cargo space.
