The heaviest truck in the fleet of TSB from Gundelfingen (DE) is this sharp Mercedes-Benz Actros 4163, here used with an 8 axle low loader.
The truck is in use since 2014 at TSB and was bought together with the Actros 2658 in a package of in total 5 Mercedes-Benz Actros trucks.
The last generation Actros is by Mercedes-Benz only supplied by a 6 cylinder engine. This truck is powered by a 15.6 liter Mercedes-Benz OM 473 LA with 625 hp.
Between the first two axles are the AdBlue tank and a storage compartment made. This truck is fitted with a turbo coupling and is useable for weights up to 250 tonnes.
Behind the cabin is a large equipment tower made with a large dieseltank, oil tank, airbarrels and coolers for the radiator and hydraulic oil.
Because this Actros is fitted with a reinforced bumper it is also possible to push and brake transports.
Between the first two axles is the large muffler made. In front of the tower is another storage compartment made because in the tower isn't any place left for it. Behind the chassis is a heavy coupling made.
TSB owns in total 12 Goldhofer THP axle lines.
Attached to the Actros is here an 8 axle low loader in 3 bed 5 configuration. Between the Goldhofer axles is a 100 tonne Greiner bed mounted.
The load is a machine with destination Switzerland.
