Every year is Liebherr-Werk Ehingen surprising the visitors with a special stunt. Theme of this year's event was "to be connected".
This was simulated by a Liebherr LRT 1090-2.1 that was hanging as a "spider" in a web made out of slings between two Liebherr LR 1750/2 booms.

On the demonstration area were some cranes and their posibilities shown. Started was with the introduction of the newest crane series; with the LRT series is Liebherr trying with two models, the LRT 1090-2.1 and the LRT 1100-2.1, to get into the market for rough terrain cranes.
In the meantime are many cranes sold to the USA and Middle East but also in Europe are some units in operation.
This Liebherr LTC 1050-3.1 was driven by remote control.
The Liebherr LTM 1090-4.2 is the newest generation 90 tonne crane on 4 axles. Some transport posibilites were shown.
The crane in Regel colors was driving with 0.0 tonnes of counterweight, the crane in H.N. colors was driving with 8.8 tonnes of counterweight and the crane in LEX colors was driving with the full counterweight of 22.5 tonnes. The crane could, depending on the local allowed axle loadings, take various amounts of counterweight with it.
Also shown were the posibilities of the vario ballast and outriggers, this crane could bring with a 10% outrigging, also a breadth of 3.5 meters, over the back with 22.5 tonnes of counterweight still 1.6 tonnes to a 50 meter radius.
Also shown were the transport posibilities of the Liebherr LTM 1070-4.2.
Together with the LTM 1090-4.2 some rounds were driven over the track.
