Krupp KMK2025 - Wenzelburger
This Krupp KMK2025 of Wenzelburger Kieswerke is used for maintenance to their installations on the gravel plant. It is a 25-tonne crane with year of manufacture 1988.
Packed is the crane 9.28 meters long, 2.49 meters wide and the height is 3.29 meters. The transport mass of the crane is 24 tonnes.
The undercarriage is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 366 LA, a water cooled 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 156 kW (212 hp). Both axles are driven and are steerable. The crane was only with the single person cabin available.
The outrigger base measures 5.7 x 5.5 meters.
The superstructure is powered by the engine in the undercarriage. The crane is equipped with a 2.9-tonne hoist winch.
The counterweight weights 5.1 tonnes and has a 3.12 meter tailswing. The counterweight is fixed to the superstructure and remains there during the transport over the road.
The main boom has a 7.4 meter base length and extends three times to a maximum length of 23 meters. A 13-meter long bi-fold swingaway jib gives a maximum hook height of 37 meters. The jib is under 0, 15 or 30 degrees mountable.
The crane can get old easily with these kind of jobs.
